Assessment terms · version 1 · 5 November 2026

The terms of the assessment programme.

Written to be read. Where these terms and the published rule set differ, the rule set as published on the platform at the time you bought the programme governs the trading rules.

1. Who

The programme is offered by Saltgate Group LLC, Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, P.O. Box 2897, Kingstown, St Vincent and the Grenadines ("Funded Genius", "we"), to the person who buys it ("you"). You must be at least 18, buying for yourself, and not resident where this service may not lawfully be offered to you.

2. What

The programme is an assessment of your trading on a simulated book: a $100,000 nominal account on our platform, trading against live market prices with fills modelled on them. No money is deposited, held or traded on your behalf in the programme, and nothing in it is investment advice. The programme has two phases, Assessment and Qualification, each governed by the published rule set version you bought under.

3. The fee

$1,200 for the programme, both phases. A failed Assessment may be retaken for $600; a failed Qualification requires a new programme. The fee is not refundable once you have placed a trade; before that you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you qualify, the fee is credited against your first performance-fee share under the stage-2 terms.

4. The rules

The rules are the rule set published on the platform, versioned and dated, with every change recorded in its changelog. A programme runs under the version in force when it was bought; a later version applies only to programmes bought after it. The platform's engine applies the rules; its decisions, with the readings and thresholds they were taken on, are shown to you and kept. A decision may be queried by email and is reviewed by a person against the record; the record is what decides.

5. Conduct

One programme per person at a time; accounts are not shared, sold or traded by anyone but you, except through your own API keys running your own code. You will not exploit a defect in the platform, its prices or its fills, or copy another person's orders in real time; doing so ends the programme without refund. Reasonable use of the API applies, as published.

6. Your record

Your account's history is yours and is kept for the life of the platform. It is published only if you opt in, under the account's id, and you may withdraw it at any time. Aggregate figures (counts, totals, pass rates, refusals by rule) are published without identifying you.

7. Qualification

Qualifying does not transfer money to you. It makes you eligible for an allocation under the stage-2 terms published on the platform, on an account in the firm's name traded under a limited power of attorney, subject to a separate agreement and to the identity checks the broker requires. We may decline to allocate where the identity checks or the agreement cannot be completed.

8. Ending

A phase ends when a rule ends it, when its time limit passes, when you qualify, or when you ask us to close it. We may end a programme for a breach of section 5, with the reason in writing. We may suspend the platform for maintenance or an incident; time lost to it is added to the phase.

9. Liability

The programme is provided as described. We are not liable for loss of profit, opportunity or data arising from the programme, from an interruption of the platform or its price feed, or from a decision of the engine applied in accordance with the published rules, beyond the fee you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Questions and complaints: hello@fundedgenius.com.
