What we collect, and what we do with it.
What
When you apply: your name, email address, country, and what you tell us about your trading. When you trade: your account's orders, deals, positions and the engine's decisions on them, which together are your record. For every request to the platform: the address and browser it came from, kept with the API key that made it, so that a key used from somewhere new can be noticed.
Why
To run the assessment and apply its rules; to answer you; to publish your record if you opt in; to publish aggregate figures that identify nobody; to keep the platform secure; and, if you qualify, to set up the allocation and the strategy with the broker.
Where and how long
On Amazon Web Services in Stockholm (eu-north-1), with daily backups. Your record is kept for the life of the platform, because it is the proof the firm publishes; application data that does not lead to a programme is deleted after twelve months.
Who sees it
People at Funded Genius who run the assessment. SGT, the broker, when you qualify, for the identity checks and the allocation account. Nobody else, and nothing is sold. The site itself sets no tracking cookies; the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your browser's request for them.
Your choices
Publishing your record is your choice and can be withdrawn at any time. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your application data to be deleted: hello@fundedgenius.com. A record that has been published and withdrawn stays in the engine's log, which cannot be edited without breaking the proof it provides, but it is no longer shown.
