A firm that assesses trading strategies, allocates capital to the ones that qualify and puts followers behind them. The assessment runs over two phases on the firm's own platform. The capital after qualification is the firm's, on an account in its name.

Both phases of the assessment and the pathway after it: the allocation, the following and the introduction to Saltgate's partners. It is credited back to every trader who qualifies, against the first performance-fee share.

A share of the profit on the allocation and of the fees followers pay, after the trader's part. The firm's income follows the trader's.

The phase ends with the rule that ended it and the numbers it read. You can retake the Assessment for $600. A failed Qualification starts a new programme.

No. Both phases run on the platform's simulated book against the live feed, with fills modelled on the quote, the broker's swaps and commissions, and a published slippage rule. The first real money is the firm's, after qualification.

The assessment is traded in the platform's terminal or through its API. The allocation in stage 2 is a broker account, traded in MT5 or cTrader.

Yes. The API accepts orders from your own code with a key you issue yourself; the same rules apply, including the stop-loss on every order.

Yes to both. New positions are refused in the two minutes either side of high-impact news; positions already open ride through.

Risk per trade is measured to the stop, and followers copy the stop with the entry.

Every qualified trader receives the same $25,000 on an account in the firm's name at SGT, traded by you under a limited power of attorney and set up as a strategy others can follow. You keep 80% of the profit. It does not grow; the following does.

Followers contract with SGT. The registration fee, the rebate on the volume they trade and the performance fee on profit are collected there and shared between the trader and the firm on the terms shown on the strategy's profile.

After a live record, Saltgate introduces a strategy to its partners: a managed-strategy platform, an exchange-listed product or an allocation mandate. Which one depends on the strategy and the partner; a product is named when a strategy is on its way to it.

Only you, until you choose to publish it. A published account appears under its id with its equity, decisions and deals, and its full history can be downloaded. Your name is yours to add.
